  10. I grew up in a rural area, I actually helped load hay bales on a wagon a few times and my mother would tie up grape vines in the spring at a farmers small plot. I'm so impressed by your energy and determination to create your own homestead. ❤️❤️🧑‍🌾🌾🌾

  11. Unless you are in the town of Florida, who thinks they're now stepford, Connecticut,… where zoned agricultural land you cannot run a business unless it is only agricultural based. So if you are an electrician or something, you better sell cucumbers and pumpkins all day long and hide your trucks from the town council control freaks and the pit bull.
    It seems that the town of Florida and Montgomery County has become more like "Animal Farm", the book written to warn people, than free farming, constitutional.

Yes I really truly want to do this micro farming herbs for supplements and fine cuisine and also bees monarchs and a certain worm that eats garbage I forgot the name of it I'm going to look back into that never let us I also would like to have Icelandic sheep ducks chickens rabbits no goats and no friends or family to go in no thank you at this stage of life it's just me and my dog and that's good enough cuz I'm not seeking anything other than to be a gentleman farmer and raise these animals and these niche herbs like ashwagandha matcha I think that's it does the several others so I'm needing at least a minimum of 10 acres perhaps 20 would be even better no chemical use and use the land as it's meant to be utilized yeah okay that's it

Yeah, no kidding, I think everybody wants that dream, Problem is, being able to afford to buy land, especially when you're poor, like most people, And the chance of finding someone that's willing to go in on It with you, is slim to none, If you want to do a video, that's going to help poor people, Do a video on who the contact, to get the money, like a step by step government grant, & filling it out, step by step application, that we can all understand, & Ding ding ding ding, Finding the land isn't hard to do at all, purchasing it is a whole nother ball game

  36. If you want to get into this on more of a budget you can go to billyland, landstruck, landwatch, or try your hand at a tax deed/lein auction or an over the counter tax deed sale. Not all states have the over the counter and just strictly go through auction. But do that, go on google earth or land id and check the soil, flood zones, entry points to the property (easement, gravel road, etc) and have a survey done of the land. If you’re able to, walk the land physically.

    When you find the right spot, make sure you have mineral rights and make sure everything is in writing.

    Been researching this for weeks and thought I’d share some of what I’ve learned because not everyone can get a loan or go through the bank or put down a huge DP on land. If this is you, search primarily for owner financing.
